Areas of concern:	Tape management is painful. My staff are spending too much time managing tapes. I do not know what tapes I have in my data centre. I do not know what to send offsite. I do not know what tapes I have offsite. My current vendor cannot deliver in 1 hour. I am not comfortable with the security my current vendor has. My current vendor does not supply an online interface. Scheduled delivery runs are consistently late. My current vendor barcodes the tape case, not the tape. Urgent delivery runs are not delivered urgently. My tapes are hot to touch when they arrive from my current vendor. My current provider insists on adding barcodes with numbers that mean nothing to me. My current provider cannot scan my exiting barcodes. I signed a contract with Lock In / Penalty clauses. The low rates I originally received have now skyrocketed.
