ISO 27000 Information Security Management
Some customers have asked whether we have undertaken any of the ISO 27000 numberd certifcation programmes. As offsite vendors provide a physicall service of tape storage, generally in our industry this certification is not undertaken, both in Australia and worldwide.
TMS does though, have very strict physical and logical security of our facilities and systems which are regulary audited by our customers:

Confidentiality: Only TMS staff who are authorised to see information, have access to it.

Integrity: So that the accuracy and completeness of the information is safeguarded by robust sourcing, processing, updating and storage processes.

Availability: So that authorised users have access to information and associated assets, in the required forms, when they need it.
The above can be easily demonstrated during a site visit to a TMS facility.
