Customer Service staff are introduced to our Customers at the start of the service, during the Implementation Process. Our Customer Service Department contacts customers as required to check that the Authorised Signatory list is up to date and Service Level reports (if applicable) are issued. In addition, our Customer Service Department will attend onsite meetings with customers and DR providers, as required.
Informally, TMS contacts our customers to check delivery details, change of addresses, phone numbers, TapeTrack passwords, user training and any special operations requests.
